Caspar Mol

A founder and general partner of Rogal + Walsh + Mol, Caspar’s expertise is engineering, architecture and planning. Caspar currently oversees all technical site design issues for the Napa Pipe project. He was formerly a partner with Keith and Richard in the development of The Carneros Inn, where he oversaw the many technical aspects of planning, design and construction of buildings, infrastructure and state-of-the-art water and sewer plants. As the principal of Caspar Mol Architecture & Planning, Caspar has designed and built many residential projects in the Bay Area.  Specialties include infill housing, challenging sites, efficient use of space, innovative unit layouts, industrialized construction and bridge design and construction. Caspar worked on the seismic retrofit of the Golden Gate Bridge and was one of the principal designers for the new San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. He has developed many residential infill projects in the Bay Area. Prior to 1993, he was project architect with Donald MacDonald Architects in San Francisco. Caspar is active on the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Waldorf School, where his children attend. He successfully orchestrated the search, funding and construction of their new high school campus, which is expected to be the first LEED Gold certified school in Northern California. Caspar earned his master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Delft University of Technology in Holland.
